Placed an order 5/1/24. Received notification it was shipped 5/13/24. Have not received it as of 6/17/24. Tracking is frozen, shows no movement since 5/28/24. I sent several emails to customer service( there is no phone number on the site). No response at all. Filed a complaint with my credit card company. Do not order from here.

I ordered three pieces, but I only received two. Additionally, one of the items I did receive is the incorrect size.

I have sent five emails regarding these issues but have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is very concerning.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered two blazers, both the same size. One fit fine, the other was too small. I tried to contact through the website. No response. Tried again. No response. Emailed them. "Isabel" wrote back, doubting the jacket was too small and asking for photos. I sent her photos. Two weeks and two follow-up emails later, I've heard nothing. They take your money then disappear. Buy elsewhere.

Order still has "shipped", but no tracking number. It has been over two months and they do not even return emails asking where my package is. I even fell for the $2.24 "Shipping protection", but still nothing.

I'm assuming at this point, I should just write it off as money lost.

Don't fall for it.

Awfull scam! Nothing in common between the things I order on the website and the thing I got!

Shocking cheap shoddy goods that don’t even fit and don’t except returns. Avoid. They are crooks and you will loose your money.

I ordered XXL - within product description this was chest 50-52 inches - sleeve 36 inches - what arrived chest 44 inches - sleeve 27 inches. Response from Support Team,,,very little ,,,,packaged in Scotland but you return to Germany at your expense. Offered that if I kept this one (why??) I could get next 50% off ,,,,absolutely no confidence in repeat orders. At this time, still waiting on address in Germany. Great looking shirt but silly/incorrect sizing makes this product not "fit" for purpose and reminds me why years ago we had no confidence in buying online.

Items ordered were never delivered after a month. Bellezza Republic refuses to answer any emails regarding the status of the order.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and was super excited to receive them. Unfortunately they weren't quite what I was expecting so I got back in touch with customer services and I was super impressed with how they handled it. They were understanding and compassionate to my concerns and handled the situation with utmost respect and effectiveness where I was happy with the outcome. Thanks so much.

The website was easy to navigate, with a neat layout of the products. I was able to easily find what I was looking for and look forward to receiving the items I purchased.

Do not use. Clothing is poor and nothing like as advertised. There is no way of returning an item. You have to email them and nobody ever replies.

Sent cheap goods, wrong sizes, no labels, came from California yet they try to get you in deeper when you want to return by offering 50% off on MORE cheap goods (Said returns have to go to Germany at exorbitant costs rather than what they claim on line). Also my credit card number was stolen when I stopped communicating with them. Coincidence?

Ordered 3 blouses XL. Horrible! Fit like XS. Emailed for refund - awaiting a response. Cheap from china not Italian as advertised!

This is a trial as I suspect this company possibly are scammers after going through the reviews, it turns out to be true!
The only reason I fall to this is because the promise an easy return/refund on the advert.
THEY WILL NEVER ISSUE YOU REFUND NOR RETURN!

I recently bought an item from them but their size catalog is false and not representative of an actual size. I got this item and found out that it’s 50% under sized and not able to adjust to wear. I have humbly requested for a return and replacement. They requested for pictures which I sent. However they keep on requesting for weird things I’m not able to figure out. Eg requesting I take photo with tape measurement etc. I live alone not able to hold tape and camera same time. Then they sent a return fill out where I will need to pay all the shipping cost and other liabilities and sent item to them in Germany!

Meanwhile, quality is poor, shipping duration is endless.

I am surprised this scamming company existed this far!

What you doing is barely a scam stop apologising you know exactly what you doing.
Is like a pyramid scheme probably you will disappear in few month. Every email I sending about return I received same email back.
You ate bad bad persons I believe you laughed about customers when you make an arm for a shirt smaller the other one longer but nothing fit.

I thought that their website and product are not legitimate and genuine but they are very professional.
I have purchased several products and will continue to do so for future.
