No response from customer service
I wrote a two-star review below detailing an experience through which I received a cardigan sweater advertised as wool that looked nothing like the photo and which was made with 90% synthetic materials and no wool. Belleza Republic responded to the review (you can read it below) apologizing for the "mix-up" about the materials and encouraging me to write to their customer support. Since I can't seem to reply to their message, I'd like to point out that this was not a mix-up, it was a flat-out lie to say a product is made of wool on your website when its tag clearly says it's not. Also, I submitted my complaint through the contact form on the website a week ago and still have not received a response, so at this point I am not optimistic I will receive one. Due to this disappointing correspondence, I'm changing my review from a 2 down to a 1.

An update to sizing query on items ordered on previous review
This is an update to my previous review regarding BR sizing and returns policy issues.
Bellezza Republic have looked into the issues that were raised and we have reached an mutually agreeable resolution. I would like to mention that Customer service have always tried to be helpful but are limited by BR current returns policy.
I believe moving forward, as a company of online fashion design clothing, they should standardise their sizing across their range of clothing and ideally need to adopt a fairer returns policy if they are to improve their customer satisfaction rating.

Regarding the debit showing on your account, I want to clarify that we do not have the option to charge customer from our end without authorization. It might appear that we've debited your account, but please know that we haven't taken any money from you. Refunds issued for credit card transactions often initially appear as debits on bank statements. This is due to the way credit card refunds are processed.
We recommend contacting your bank for further clarification on the transaction.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Bought an item for Xmas present and is completely not as described or photographed. Didn’t arrive despite paying for shipping protection and had to chase…item finally arrived over a montb after purchase. Refund process is a joke. Currently in dispute as paid via papal however they would not cover taxes so the item has been returned to me. Avoid this company at all costs

Disappointing
I purchased a sweater based on an online advert. It looked beautiful and I ordered it in November for Christmas. It arrived late, and the size and style were all wrong. I have been trying to return and refund the item for two months. Emails went unanswered until I contacted my bank. Once my bank reached out to them, they promised they would attend to my refund a month ago. I am still waiting in spite of constant chasers. Terrible customer experience. It’s disappointing. I view this company as a scammer based on this appalling experience and the reviews I have now seen.

Disappointed
After ordering a jacket for my daughter last November for Christmas I was told in December that due to manufacturing issues they would not be able to deliver this till January eventually the jacket arrived but unfortunately it was to big so I asked to return it, but as to date I have not received a reply back from the company & after now sending more than 6 emails I am getting very angry & disappointed really would not recommend this company.

Very bad quality product and customer service
I have seen an advert online. Beautiful colourful jumper. described as cashmere. Discounted. I have ordered before Christmas.
Then no news.
After insistence and emails, and request for refund, I have received a jumper that is absolutely not cashmere, it's a very cheap synthetic material, and there is absolutely no label on the product - where it is made? What is the fabric? Terrible experience. It's a pity because this means that I won't order for unknown brands anymore.

No Returns Policy & inferior clothing
I recently bought a woollen cardigan having seen an advert for this company on Facebook (Big Mistake). The cardigan is very inferior in quality and is not as described on their website. They have 14 days return policy, however, they do not have returns information on their website. You must email their customer service team for information. Their customer service team are very slow responding to returns requests hoping customers will become frustrated by the process and keep their order or the 14 days returns policy will elapse. I have emailed their customer service team twice & have not received a response. My advice is to stay clear of this company, they are complete charlatans.

I purchased a couple of trouser suits which were lovely, but the jackets were quite small, after reading the reviews I was concerned nothing would be done. I emailed and after a couple of messages I’m delighted to say I received 2 replacements with the minimum of fuss. I have to give a good score for an excellent result.

Load of rubbish
Load of rubbish, do not buy, clothes look nothing like the pictures. Bought some white muscle type vests, they sent me cream vests which were extremely poor quality. Contacted them they said send pics which I did, they never replied again.
