I emailed customer Service and within one working day, replacements were on the way.The person dealing with me (DT) was very efficient and without doubt I would recommend Belleek and will shop there again myself!

I ordered the crystal base and fruit bowl for a friends 20th wedding anniversary, they are absolutely gorgeous and look very elegant. My friends are going to love them.
The package was well padded so no damage would occur. Overall I am very pleased with service, items and delivery.
