Beautiful flowers, poor customer service

I ordered flowers from here for my mums birthday.

Flowers were absolutely beautiful and they made her very happy!

-2 stars for customer service. I emailed the company as I was nervous as I was ordering flowers in NZ from the UK. They emailed back very blunt and not warm and welcoming at all.

I then emailed asking for an adjustment in the delivery time and they did not bother to reply to me.

Although the flowers were lovely, I feel they were rude and dismissive when I was looking for reassurance and help.
