Still no delivery after 4 weeks – suspicious and unprofessional

I ordered from Bellave on June 17th, 2025 and have not received anything to this day (July 14th).
I contacted their customer service several times and received only very vague replies, often written in broken German. The communication felt suspicious and unprofessional overall.

There is no option to cancel the order through their website, and they keep ignoring my request for a refund.

I have now reported the issue to my bank and filed a complaint with consumer protection.

I strongly advise against ordering from Bellave.
