I wanted to leave a review somewhere for other brides because bellabelle havnt displayed my review on their website. I bought the most beautiful Pearl and lace bridal shoes for my wedding but I wanted to warn other brides that the 3d nature of the design kept catching the netting under my dress when dancing and I have multiple rips in my dress because of this. I bought the shoes because they were so pretty but the heel height really was too short which I now regret. The choice was kitten or super high nothing in between and the design turned out to be impractical. I also do not like brands getting away with only publishing the 5 star reviews.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this via email, I am told that after spending £370 on my bridal shoes which have arrived with an uneven pearl layout on the main part of the bow, you are refusing to cover my postage for the return. I even advised I would purchase another pair! I can't believe you feel this is acceptable quality and service for such a high end pair of bridal shoes.

I bought 2 pair of shoes from Bellashoes off eBay the shoes was delivered in the same parcel yet they charged me 2 large postages . I complained but they said they had every right to do this , the shoes had yellow film on the soles that was invisible untill you wore them and then started peeling off at a wedding i went to I was so embarrassed they hadn't warned me about this . I would not have bought them if I'd have known . I do not recommend this sellar .
