Well, I ordered two items and its been over 35 days. Paypal payed Bellalike and I have been unable to get anyone to email me back after a few attempts. I like the products you are selling however w/out delivery of items I cannot give positive feedback. If anyone who reads this could possibly handle the items that were never received you can find my emails in the inbox username: armynelson29.

My closet has a new look now.bellalike offered me wide range of variety of fashion and the quality force me to buy more from them.

Horrible, scam. No delivery, no refund

These guys are running a scam website. The clothes never arrived. I receive polite, apologetic emails telling me my items are coming, or my refund is being processed, but nine months later, no clothes and no refund. Their positive reviews appear to be fake. Trust pilot should look into this.

They don't declare the real value of packages. They don't declare ecportation for selling. So when my package arrived it was stopped at the Dougane and I had to pay 40 euro if I wanted it delivered, since it was NOT CONGRUOS. I wrote Bellalike for refound, as it should have been free shipping, and they replayed that the value declared by them was only 10 euro (but I had spent more than 100 euro ) and that was a GIFT! After one year and don't know how many mails I haven't had my money back. The company don't admit their fault and I have paid twice!

This company have refused to issue me with a refund for 7 months now.
Every time someone responds to one of my emails (usually a different person each time), they are very polite but get no nearer to giving me my money!
They just come up with excuses EVERY time!
Has anyone been successful in getting a refund?
Is there a legal step I can take?

Do not buy from this company...their clothes are crappy and will put you off about a refund

This company is a complete scam. They sent the wrong jacket and didn't want to provide a refund, only offered a $5 coupon for their mistake. Sent it back after paying for shipping back to the address, still won't issue a refund. Every positive review on here was written by them don't believe it.

After 2 months i have send them an email that i dont want the item anymore. They answered me back that ‘they just have send it’ after 2-3 weeks I received the jacket that wasnt even the same as in the picture that they have shown. Maybe 5% that looked the same (more the style).
Now I have no choice to just except the stupid refund that is not even halve of the money. Send it back also has no use.
They scam people by showing a picture that doesnt even look the same as what they send you.
The first answere they gave me that why they havent send me the jacket was because it was out of stock.

They sent me a shame dress, but a lot of shame by the poor quality! They told me they refound me some money, six months later, and after more than 10 mails I'm still waiting for...
Horrible!!!! Not recomended!!!

Trust pilot why are you still putting on good reviews for Bellalike Group ...they are FAKE !
The people putting good reviews on this site are employees , they are not customers , any true customers have been SCAMMED !
Received vile clothing or not received at all !
They do not give refunds ... check them out ..if you keep letting them post fraudulent reviews on your site , I suggest people don't believe your ratings and perhaps if you are recommending them , you can refund some of the thousands of pounds Bellalike have scammed from hard working people !!😡

Something that I also like is the quality, the fabric with which they make these clothes is very durable and resistant

I only wanted a refund because I waited 3 months for my order. No refund after 7 weeks more ! goodbye hard earned money. This lot are professional scummers who take complete advantage of the initial trust. Bellalike know exactly what there doing. Legal advise will be sought... scam scam scam. There aim is to get the money and hope we just go away! Scumbags

Excellent customer support! They offered to give me a full refund and a handsome discount on my next purchase as well just because of a slight error in the delivery. I opted for the option to reschedule the order and they responded in 2 days with a discount and exactly what I ordered. Definitely not bad!

Nice jeans! I had some fears if they would fit properly but I can't help but I'm definitely wearing these on our roadtrip next week. There's nothing better than getting what you ordered for and I would surely be making my next purchase soon. oops!....I already did

I wish I had checked reviews before I made an order. I kept on seeing their ads on Instagram and thought it must be legit. After waiting a month for them to “process” my order I requested a refund as I no longer felt comfortable waiting. I’ve made numerous requests with various members of the team and have been told that there’s something wrong with their “financial system” and so my refund is delayed. There was no delay in taking my money however as it’s been 2, almost 3 months since I’ve been waiting for their financial system to be resolved. I think I’ll raise a dispute with paypal as this “I am really sorry for such trouble and delay for you.
We did try our best to urge your refund for you, and we do hope you can receive your refund sooner.

I have been waiting for a shipment from this company since October. I feel totally ripped off. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with this company to either: a) get my money back, b) track my order or c) just have someone communicate with me.
I would NOT recommend this company, regardless of how great the product looks on the internet. By the time I receive my order (winter sweaters) it will be spring!!!

Still waiting on my refund. It’s been a month now since I’ve started the return process. All the 5 star reviews on this site are bogus and are there employees, as theyre grammar is the same via the emails I get from them saying that they need more time to send the refund.
