The items when they arrived were cheap looking and poorly made. I had issues with my order which was not delivered and returned to sender. Customer service blamed me for an incorrect address (I do know where I live) and gave a 50% credit. second time round the order arrived but very disappointed with the product.
The quality is poor, the cost large. Don't bother. Your local markets will have better!
ALSO shipped from China - there is nothing Australian about these at all.

Quality of the jewellery items I ordered was similar to other Chinese knock offs, as stated by a previous review. Couldn’t see the Australian connection as advertised. Items were shipping out of China. Nothing like the pictures, I could have got similar quality items from Temu for a fraction of the cost. Communication with the company was also difficult & slow with English a second language. AVOID!

Ordered my earrings over 2 wks ago and nothing happened on the tracking link. I emailed the team yesterday and they gave me a blanket response about how they pride themselves on better customer service but didn’t really provide any answers. They claim the earrings have been shipped, however my tracking link states the sender has not despatched the item yet. I am worried this website is a scam.

Update- they have since claimed they are addressing this issue with immediate action. 2 days later, still no activity on the tracking link. They have provided a 25% refund.

Further update - 9/1/24 they claimed my earrings had been dispatched to Royal Mail. The tracking said otherwise, I followed up to receive a response on 11/1/24 claiming there were delays with processing and shipment of my earrings. They now have canceled my order and refunded me, asking me to update my trustpilot review - interesting given they originally claimed my earrings had been shipped so I’m not sure how they were able to source them back from the shipping company unless it was all untruthful. I wouldn’t trust this business.

Would not buy.

Ordered 3 items and they did not arrive together. One came in cheap packaging from china and the other items took much longer to arrive. The items did not look like what they did on the website and when I emailed them to let them know they were apologetic, but not very helpful.

UPDATE: I have received a refund for my purchase.

This business is a scam. I ordered a pair of earrings over 2 weeks ago and the shipping hasn't updated in over 1.5 weeks.

Over two weeks later my order hasn’t shipped and the shipping details or tracking of status doesn’t work. Never order again

Purchased double heart earrings for my daughter. Arrived promptly and she is thrilled with them.

I am always on trust pilot before buying so thought it was best to leave a review to help others. I recently left a review about the heart earrings but have now brought the love heart necklace a week ago & had read on TP it would take a while to come. I just wanted to share In my experience it took just 4 days which I was very happy with. The necklace looks just like the website & was packed nicely. Hope this is helpful to others looking to buy as I looked before buying myself

Recently received my double heart earrings and the quality of them is unreal, I would definitely recommend getting these! The delivery was amazing and quick, my earrings came in 4 days as the website says and I love them. I will most definitely be purchasing from Bellahugo again!!

I had a similar experience to previous reviews so potentially not that rare.

I was sent the initial dispatch details 5 days after order. The tracking details given were incorrect. When I raised this with Bella Hugo via Instagram DM they gave me the correct tracking info which showed the items hadn’t been dispatched until 11 days after order. I was told the items had left the warehouse and were with Royal Mail but then BH didn’t reply to my further query or concerns.

The items finally arrived 24 days after order, despite website stating they aim for 4-7 days delivery, and receiving no updates or replies to my message in this time. The posting labels from China were clearly visible suggesting drop shipment as previous reviews have suggested and the items are very plasticky and not sure what metals have been used. They may irritate my ears so I won’t be able to wear them.

Disappointed in the final product, delivery and customer service - wouldn’t recommend.

Update: Customer service were helpful and have offered me a refund.

Potentially dropshipped items from China, the double heart or similar earrings are on Chinese websites for £2. If you are sensitive to certain jewellery metals be cautious as these irritated me so could potentially irritate anyone who has allergies.
