Completely scam, do not order from this company!! Ordered a jacket, received a really poor quality one after 3 months of waiting and chasing. Arrived and was so small after ordering a large, the quality was horrendous and I’ve never been more disappointed with a purchase. Wanted to return but contact was cut and this just shows what a scam this company is!!
Do not purchase anything from them. Ordered two jackets and still haven't arrived after 3 months, i questioned them and they replied saying it was lost in transit and they'll send them out again. They have just stop responding all together now and has nothing.
This company is a scam, they will take your money and run.
I was stupid enough to use them because I really liked the look of the coat and I didn't think to question the website because it looked so genuine.
Ordered a grey henny coat on 8/11/24 and despite them saying it will take 10 days to arrive, it still hasn't come.
I have been emailing them back and fourth and they have always told me they would look into it immediately and get back to me ASAP, which they never did.
As soon as I asked for a refund the communication abruptly stopped, how convenient!
Do not trust their website, they claim to be from London and have a fake AI picture which they describe as 'store front', however, they ship their products from China.
Also, upon further research, their Facebook page was previously under a different name... Total scammers.
Please avoid this company!!!
