I had a very positive experience with the team at Believe. All the staff are friendly and professional.
I dealt with Stefan initially who was very pleasant and informative. He helped me find the right product and made the application process really straight forward.
My case handler Kirsty was efficient and very easy to deal with. She was patient, answered all questions and acted upon my requests promptly.
Im very happy with the service i received and would be happy to return again in the future if i require anything further.

I found Believe Loans to be efficient in their role. Initially I dealt with Nick Morris who was knowledgeable in the product and lender range. Once the application was submitted I mainly dealt with Sophie Grainger who I found to be efficient and always polite in her communications. I also liked the way the company it self operates. Phones switched off at 5.30pm and no communication outside of normal office hours which these days is refreshing and probably goes partly towards why the staff are so good. I would not hesitate in recommending Believe Loans

I would highly recommend Believe Loans. I wanted to consolidate multiple payments to make it easier whilst also freeing up extra finance to complete some home renovations. The team were very thorough and worked with me to ensure we had the best affordable options for our situation. Laura was very responsive provided timely updates and always easy to get a hold of.

Our case manager, Kevin, was excellent, kept us informed at every step, and was quick to respond to our concerns and queries. I loved the option to text him our questions which meant no constant waiting on calls, and he was just a really nice, friendly person. Emily was very helpful when we first applied, she explained everything and helped us arrange the loan initially, putting our minds at ease. There were a few problems with mixed up information on emails from the lender, which took a few days to put right, and caused unfortunate stress, but once Kevin returned to work this was solved. We were very impressed by the service and would definitely use Believe products again, thank you Kevin and Emily x
