I ordered twice from this website and everything went smoothly, they shipped quickly and everything was well packed. You have to pay for shipping and import duties, as they ship directly from Korea, but it was still cheaper than other websites in the end and they have products and brands other websites don't have. I'll keep buying from them, hopefully they won't disappoint as other Asian beauty websites did.
They did not include one of the items I ordered. Combined with their extremely high shipping costs, they bilked me out of about $30. They have not responded to my seven requests for recourse. Do not order from this website! It was order #51616.
