Belfast Self Storage has been a godsend…
Belfast Self Storage has been a godsend for me when I found myself in-between homes for almost a year. The facilities are brilliant. My belongings were kept safe and dry. No musty smell or mold after months of being in storage. The location is very convenient and the staff are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Rhys for his help and kindness this past week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the facilities to anyone.

10% Price inc. in less than one yr.
I have rented a unit less than a year. After 4 months price inc. 8%! After complaing this was waived, but then a few months later a 10% increase was added, with no warning or notification.
It is impossible to justify such an increase!

Really friendly and helpful people. The storage feels very secure with proper alarm protection, which made me feel comfortable leaving my belongings there. Highly recommend.

Getting the keys to the unit and booking in was very easy, the girl at the reception was very helpful and showed us around the unit and where the the unit was and explained everything very well.

I found the whole experience hassle free and the storage location easy to get to from my home and my work.
The rates are very reasonable and I was able to complete the occupation of my storage facility within hours of my initial enquiry

The people who work at Belfast storage Dunluce
The people who work at the Belfast Storage Duncrue make the place what it is. Rebecca is a star - asking for the delivery drivers to leave the deliveries inside up the ramp is a massive help especially when I can’t be there. We have a good trust now.

Extremely disappointing
I relocated to Belfast from England and throughout the booking process I mentioned multiple times in my emails that I wanted to book ground floor unit and also asked them to confirm the same since I was paying for that price. I arrived with the truck load during off-office hours to only find my unit to be on the 2nd floor at the very corner of a long corridor.
I was left Extremely Disappointed with no choice at that point.
