From the first interaction to the moment my fragrance arrived, every step felt thoughtful and refined. The customer service team was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their company. You haven’t purchased any products from us, only sent multiple messages. From the very beginning, we provided clear photos of the product you asked about, along with detailed information and the contact details of the Responsible Person (RP) in Europe, who officially handles this product. You could have contacted them directly — they are officially responsible for the product you were interested in.
Later, we received a rude message from you claiming that our product packaging photos were “not real,” and you even sent photos of a completely different product for comparison. It is not fair or reasonable to compare two different product boxes and then accuse us of selling something inauthentic.
We’re always happy to help and clarify any concerns respectfully.
