Hob tip on Beko cooker cracked and unusable
Spent two days now trying to reach a service engineer… impossible
In Dublin and keep being bounced to UK
For a product sold by Curry's there is no clear service support root or solution
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BEKO AT ALL

We bought a beko washing machine worth €500-600 in October this year. Less than 7 weeks later the washing machine door burst opened in the middle of a wash resulting in flooding my kitchen floor. When an engineer called out to see to the faulty machine, he informed me that it would need a new part which would take two week's to come. There's five of us living in the same house during flu and cold season. One of these people been a 90 year lady. After several attempts of trying to get through to Beko customer service. On one attempt after waiting 20minutes on the phone to speak with customer service, I explained my situation and asking why we had to wait so long for our machine to be repaired. Firstly I was asked for my details, one been my eircode, I was then told my address did not exist on their system and my telephone call was hung up on. On my 2nd telephone attempt, I spoke with someone different where I was told my address WAS found, when asked for my eircode. When I reiterated my situation and sheer frustration, I was basically told "yes you've to wait this long" with no further effort or assistance. So I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a call back, Im still waiting for that call back. I am baffled that we the customers, have to pay the consequences, all because we bought a BEKO washing machine worth 500-600 hundreds euros worth, that was of unmerchantable quality!!!!! Never ever again will I purchase of Beko again. Their customer service is absolutely broken and scandalous, causing great distress to me and those who I live with, where we have to continue to pay laundrettes to do our washing, while we look at a broken machine in our kitchen.

emails about order and delivered on time. Product working as expected . I am using Beko for many years without HW issues. Price is good with 2 year support for labour is big plus for the price.

Beko product does what is says. Lots of features, great quality great price. Highly recommended

2 months after the washing machine was bought it is leaking. Now waiting over a week for someone to come out to sort it and still no sign today. Wouldn't purchase again

Bought replacement dishwasher (mine clapped out on christmas day 2024) - replacement arrived with all instructions for setup. Instructions were almost easy to follow for a "lay person" - once we got over that and had it installed the dishwasher is great. No complaints

Bought a very expensive slimline dishwasher (for some reason it was more expensive than a full dishwasher) and the motor went after 2yrs5months. Ridiculous. Never again buying Beko.

Bought a machine in June 2025, and it is October 2025 and it is already giving us trouble. Customer service absolutely useless and makes so much sense to put the serial number inside the door of the machine. This is currently locked.

No customer support, fake advertised the 10-year parts warranty.

I got a washer/dryer and signed for the extended 2-year service warranty + 10 year parts covered with Beko.

The machine (WDIK854451) drying functionality is not reliable, and it was leaking within a 1 year of use.
Back then Beko sent a technician that temporarily fixed the issue but we never trusted the machine for drying after that.

Within 3 years of use the machine caused a lot of damage as leaking started to reoccur, as the drying mode gets triggered by itself and some electric fault caused the machine to get stuck.

This was not a cheap machine and customer support is extremely poor. They sent you on a infinite loop of putting you throught the UK team and another "Domestic and General" third-party company that alleged it is not their problem. After a week of trying to reach out to Beko to get assistant on the 10 year part as their promised, I am giving up extremely disappointed.

For know i'm satisfied. Even p5 should wash better but everything else is good! It's not noisy that's a bonus too!

Warning to customers: Below Dishwasher just over 2 years old went up in smoke. We were lucky we noticed it right away and did not cause the fire.
This is massive safety issue.

Just bought another beko appliance to add to my beko oven & dryer ,they have never given me any trouble & great price too!

I’m extremely happy with my Beko washing machine! It’s very reliable, easy to use, and has a great variety of programs to suit different types of laundry. The quick wash cycle is a real time-saver, and clothes always come out fresh and clean. It also runs very quietly, which is a big plus, and it’s energy-efficient, so I know I’m saving on electricity and water.

Overall, it’s excellent value for money and has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Beko to anyone looking for a dependable and well-designed washing machine.
