Expensive service and a hard sell by the customer service team but the engineer was excellent and completed the repair quickly. Recommend insisting on just the straightforward callout charge and not signing up to any longer term contracts. A polite and firm approach is needed :)

Excellent engineer, flexible times

I had a problem with delivery but once l contacted AO about it Rachel from customer service was very helpful and understanding.

I have just spent an hour and spoken to 7 different people (some with very poor English) to try and get them out to replace/repair faulty dishwasher bought 3 months ago. We have had to isolate the water to the house because of faulty inlet valve to the dishwasher so have no water. We have already had a flooded utility room because of it. I was finally cut off from their Customer couldn’t care less service so had to revert to the retailer to sort them out. It will be 5 days before they can get an engineer out to me despite being priority cases. In our 80s and disabled and no water! The worst example I have ever experienced of customer support.

Ease of first contact and clear and succinct explanation of the payment/insurance options was excellent.
The engineer arrived to time, quickly diagnosed the problem and carried in his van an assembly containing the faulty part.

I purchased a new Beko CM 10121 washing machine approximately one month ago, and I am already experiencing a serious problem. The machine produces loud, repetitive knocking sounds from the drum during operation.

I am extremely disappointed that a brand-new appliance is showing signs of a potential defect after such a short period of use. A washing machine should operate smoothly and reliably, especially during the first months of ownership.

The knocking noise is abnormal and raises concerns about the machine's quality, durability, and long-term reliability. I have recorded the noise on video and can provide evidence of the problem.

I expect Beko to take this complaint seriously and provide a prompt and satisfactory resolution. I request a thorough inspection and, if the defect is confirmed, an appropriate remedy, including replacement of the machine if necessary, at no additional cost.

It is unacceptable for a customer to face such problems with a product that is only one month old. I purchased a new appliance expecting quality and reliability, not unexpected problems and the inconvenience of dealing with a defective product.

I am publishing this complaint to bring attention to my experience and to request accountability from Beko. I hope the company will respond professionally and resolve this matter without unnecessary delays.

We are insured with Domestic and General and have been for years now. Our tumble dryer was taking ages to dry the clothes. Phoned D&G and they sent an engineer out the next day who fixed our problem in no time. No charge as insured. Great company to insure you electrical items.
