The products themselves are really nice, at least the ones I have tried. The electrolytes powders are fine, the chocolate is tasty and not chemically like some Keto chocolates.

My issue is that the company obviously operates poorly behind what looks to be a really promising store front.

My first order went missing as a result of Royal Mail, not the companies fault. They refunded me and gave me a discount code to reorder. So I reordered, selected DPD next day. Didn't come for like 3 days.

I enquired as to where my items were on the 3rd day, they did eventually turn up but I mentioned I had paid for next day and it wasn't. So, unexpectedly, they gave me another discount code as an apology and essentially a refund for the incorrect service used.

I have now ordered for a third time, which again was ordered under DPD Next Day, now technically it has come next day despite having a Royal Mail 48 hour shipping label on it but all the products are wrong!!

Whoever is picking, packing and shipping the items need retraining! The customer service staff have been very nice and helpful in getting a resolution but I shouldn't have ordered 3 times and had a bad experience on all 3 orders.

Order with caution, you may or may not get the items you ordered and you may or may not get it within the selected shipping service.

I don't usually leave reviews but this has been an experience. Again, products are perfect, IF you get them.

Be keto exogenous ketones are trash. I'm in ketosis for long time. Was looking to get some extra boost fro exogenous ketones and found be keto ketones quite expensive but cheep can't work in my opinion. Now expensive may not work too. I took it in the morning, in the evening, on empty stomach and full stomach and zero effect. Trash.

Order at 11:20am for next day delivery (paid for it),however products arrived 2 days after. No email to say they are unable to dispatch same day etc
On their website is mention if ordered by 3pm and paid for next day will be dispatched same day

I bought many products and got so disappointed. So much aftertaste in most products. The spreads/creams are arriving hard like a rock! And then you need to melt them with hot water bath. Why? And the after taste is horrible. The Jam taste like a kids smashed fruits with a weird consistency. The chocolate has NO taste whatsoever. Simply tasteless.
The croissant needs to be heated and again, the aftertaste. Maybe the only thing I could enjoy, is the toffies candy. Super disappointing.

Received the shakes today wanted as a quick alternative. This is not a shake it is a shot. You use 100ml of water.

On a shaker this is the very first line generally.

Still with even 100 ml of water and 3 scoops this is water with a slight after taste of chocolate.

Incredibly poor.

I got the bread that was horrific and only got 4 or 5 tiny slices. It was grim. I left a review as encouraged then realised it was not displaying. Then I realised they had no 1 star reviews which is impossible given how bad the product is. They're filtering out bad reviews! I will check back on this and update it it does appear.

Really great selection of high quality keto products. The bread is the best low carb bread I've tasted! My order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately some of the chocolate bars had been damaged in the box. I reached out to the customer service team and replacements were sent out immediately.

I do not recommend buying from these guys as their are better and cheaper alternatives. I just asked for a sample and they denied me and blamed me for asking them in the past which is a lie.

I’ve had a good experience both times I’ve used this company. Website easy to use, service good and delivery quick. I’ve so far ordered collagen MCT powder, bread rolls, keto bread, keto jam, keto cookies keto chocolate and they have all been tasty and well within date.

Great customer service and fast delivery (both in Poland & the UK). But what makes it stand out from other brands is the product. Highest quality MCT, delicious keto chocolate and my fav - collagen powder. Tho it has clean ingredients (at least better than any other powders I found) it tastes amazing, blends well + already has MCT. I've had chocolate and vanilla ones and they're both super tasty. Now that daily collagen coffee is a must, I wanna try all the flavors :)

The hazelnut cream is amazing! And only 5 net carbs in the whole jar!!

Came fast and was good. Recommend them already.

I was super excited about this Brand, but when I received my order, my MCT oil Powder was out of date. I have messaged the company back, but I have heard nothing from them and they have not even bothered to even acknowledge my email. If I am brutally honest there are far superior products out there for MCT oil and powder and cheaper ones that don't come expired.

The best! Love their products!
