False intentions to get your to use their links
I had multiple Hotel.com booking with cashback which were never honored, even with following their process it was denied and they didnt even try to resolve the issue

They use false method to get you to use their website links and then do not honor the cashback

Avoid as no way to get proper help or support as they are not interested

While BeFrugal regularly lists %s higher than other sites, whether you'll actually get it is another story. Many times, they say you don't get the cash back because you didn't click something right. I stopped trusting them and started taking screenshots every time I made a purchase so I could prove that I clicked the button and what the % was. One time when they shorted me by several %, I told them the % was higher and that I have a screenshot of the purchase, but they don't allow you to send attachments. I would rather use a site with lower % and know I'm actually getting it every time. Rakuten, Honey, SwagBucks, and Citi are much better and actually pay out consistently.

Just to update based on their response: I only have one extension turned on at a time because of the fact that more than one being used could mess up cash back. Also, sending a copy/paste of the order doesn't show what the cash back was on the day of the order, which is why I always take screenshots. Having proof of them giving me less than the advertised rate and not even being able to send it to them is ridiculous. I deleted my account with them and will stick with the others I mentioned as NONE of them have these issues. I've just been screwed so many times that it's not worth using them and losing out completely on cash back when I could've gotten it with other sites.

Usually, they are good with the cashback. This time, however, they refused to pay. I don't know who is wrong, BeFrugal or Woot, but I entered this site because of the cashback percentage. I was making a rather large purchase and expected the cashback. It was 6% on that particular day. Today, it is 12%. I don't get why it is being denied.

I have been using Be Frugal for a few months. I have cashed out a few times already. I love that I can cash out for more value than I have. For instance, $11 is only 10,000 points and $23 is only 20,000 points. Even better if you save up to close to $50. I haven't had any issues with any receipt submissions to date. I would give 5 stars, but I don't like that you can only cash out every 15 days.

This is a real way to generate a bonus of a couple hundred dollars in a year just by using it for things you'll buy anyway.

Usually payments are prompt. When I don't receive a payment I expected, I request help and always receive prompt replies and follow up communication.
