One of the worst online shopping…

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Before & Ever to think twice.
My order was delayed, and despite countless emails, repeated apologies and promises, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.
They initially issued store credit instead of refunding my original payment method. After I complained, they admitted their mistake, apologised and promised to process the refund correctly. Yet weeks later, I am still waiting.
Their customer service consists of endless apologies, excuses and empty promises, with absolutely no action or resolution. It is unacceptable that a customer should have to chase a company repeatedly just to get their own money back.

I have kept the entire email correspondence as evidence of everything I have stated and am happy to provide it to Trustpilot if required.
Extremely unprofessional, frustrating and disappointing. I have completely lost trust in this company and would never purchase from them again.
