The ordering process was easy to follow and my glasses came just as I expected. Very happy, my wife just placed her order.

I very pleased with my purchase and got the glasses I wanted that I couldn’t find elsewhere. Total time from ordering was two weeks and some of that time was because I overlooked the need to submit measurements. Communication was good, glasses were well packaged and a perfect fit. I will consider buying again when I need new glasses.

I am definitely not impressed, ordered for my husband on 4/15 .. still no glasses .
I ordered for myself on a different site , glasses arrived within 2 weeks .

My first time ordering sunglasses online. Kinda hesitant but did it anyway. No regrets. My Betsy Johnson sunglasses are adorable. Really happy with them! I was in no hurry to receive them which took over two weeks.

Ordered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses. Processing and production time took 3 weeks. Overall happy with the purchase but be prepared to wait. Had to order a temporary pair from another company while I waited which came within 3 days total.

Good shape and nice glasses.
However, I should measure the size of glasses and shape more precisely. It's little big to me and make my eyes looks small. Also transition lense isn't much be darker than I thought. I should buy XTRActive not just Gen8 but beffiting doesn't sell XTRActive. Delivery and other things good.

The frames that I received were better than I had anticipated. I would say excellent. Also the fit is perfect.

This was my first time ordering and I'm very pleased with the quality of the product, in the future I will definitely order again from Befitting.

i think it is good except I cannot get price match which made me unhappy.

I had a pair of prescription sunglasses made. I received them, but found out that Befitting is not accepted by my insurance.
The web site said it was (and still says it is). They only accept my insurance for contacts. So I had to send the glasses back. The return process was easy. The customer service was outstanding. Refund was very quick. If my insurance was accepted I would buy here again. Be sure to double check...maybe a phone call is merited.

My original order took well over a month to be fulfilled, and they kept making excuses about 'supply issues'. They said they would refund $50 back to my account, but I have yet to see one penny back from this company in light of the terrible customer service. Avoid this company!

UPDATE...I received a response from Befitting asking me to contact them about my concern...but the problem is that I've been in contact with multiple customer service reps from the company and have still not received the promised refund. What do I do now, Befitting?!?

Needed to return a pair for an exchange for a mistake I made in my prescription. The new pair arrived two days after I sent the return back. Easiest customer service experience ever. Also, these frames are adorable and the lens are correct. I will always order through Befitting.

I needed to return my prescription sunglasses after I received them. I contacted customer service and they were EXCEPTIONAL through the return process. I was able to return the glasses and my account was credited back immediately. They also contacted my vision insurance to reinstate the benefits used.
I have used Befitting in the past and will most certainly return when I look to purchase my next pair of glasses.
I highly recommended for the quality, the selection, the speed of service, and their customer service.

Not worth the headache! They advertise glasses in 2 weeks. After over a month still could not provide an ETA as to when glasses would ship. Everyone I spoke to always said they were in the lab.
