Communication was great

Communication was great. I wasn't the quickest to reply but your staff communicated with me when I was ready to engage with them.
The purchase was easy. And the fact you had inventory with the older style USB A touchscreen was amazing.

Service cannot be touched!

Customer service was top notch. all associates I worked with were super helpful and clear. The panel arrived in pristine condition and worked flawlessly right out of the box.

Great monitor

When I received my packages, I noticed right off the bat how well the monitor was packaged because it is a fairly heavy monitor.
It is very well constructed and I’m sure we will get good use out of it once I receive my new CNC machine in. I ordered the tabletop stand for mine. Everything lined up with precision. The only issue I had with the monitor Was getting the screws started that mounted the Monitor to the base, it appeared to have some paint on the leading threads. Once I got that cleared up, they screwed in with no Issues.

Great Customer Serivice

Customer service was a above and beyond. They kept me well informed of my purchase and when it would be delivered. Have not experienced this with other Vendors, I have to take the initiative to reach out to find out status.
