Thank you for your review. According to the tracking information, the order was delivered before this review was posted. The parcel was delivered to a parcel shop and awaited pickup, which may explain why the delivery time appeared longer.
We would like to clarify that your order was placed on 22 January (Sunday) and was delivered on 3 February at 16:56, according to the carrier’s tracking information. The parcel was delivered to a parcel shop before 3 February. Basically it happens when the recipient is not present during a delivery attempt. Also the shipping company informed us. Then we informed you via email to pickup the parcel as soon as possible. We also mentioned the pickup location details. Maybe you can have a look at the spam folder in case you missed the email. However, according to the tracking information, you picked up the parcel.
We understand that delivery time is important. Please note that orders placed on weekends are processed on the next working day, and delivery times depend on the carrier. Information about shipping rates and estimated delivery times is available on our website for all customers before placing an order.
