They got my book taken care of in perfect timing! I will always go thru them to sell my books unlike ECampus who ripped me off of a Brand new textbook they kept my book and said that it was damaged AND LIED.. but BEER MONEY BOOKS ARE AWESOME!! Glad to do business with y’all!!

I sent multiple book orders to this company. They claimed without proof that one of the many books was counterfeit. They then confiscated all the books and refused to pay for all the other books. If the book was counterfeit, that doesn't allow for theft of the remaining books.

Amazing experience. Def would recommend and use again! I actually forgot my packing slip but got everything else right and the customer service reassured me everything would be fixed and work out fine. It saved my electricity from being cut off! Money came fast too

Sent two textbooks to them to sell, and after waiting well over the "four day" time they quote I received an email asking for receipts on the books with my personal information. I asked twice for an explanation as to why they were needed as was not given one until they said the books were flagged as "counterfeit" and sent to the publisher. One book was bought directly from the publisher and one from the more reputable site Bigger books, and both had covered codes that worked for the online class content. Beer Money Books has so far refused to send proof that the books were actually sent to another location ( and not just kept to be sold with no payment) or what the "proof" was they were counterfeit.

After looking around online, I found out this is a regular scam they do. When you continue to request information they block your account and are never paid.

Company replied and paid out in a timely fashion.

Got exactly what was agreed to. Sold during a busy season, so it wasn't the fastest turn around but the buy back was the highest of any other site I got quotes from. Customer service was helpful when I had questions. I would definitely use this site again!

Wrote an email because I was confused. I received back a rude response.

Response is inappropriate to state my review is false at best. Will tell everyone I know and any future user to not use this website. Disappointed.

I had reached out to customer service about an order I had placed that had been received over a week prior. The response I received from customer service was not only dismissive of my question but did not provide any helpful information or time limes regarding my order.

Beer money had the best price offer for my books, instructions to return were clear, my email with questions was swiftly answered, and my check came in the mail safely.

I received payment for my book within about 10 days to two weeks of shipping them.

For what I thought was a slow processing system, I was wrong. I just got an email from a customer service representative who looked into my order more and told me to check my spam folder. If you are waiting for an order to process I would suggest making sure the email did not go to your spam folder as it did for me. This caused me to get upset thinking I wasn’t going to get the money for my textbooks, when in reality I did, I just didn’t see the email as it wasn’t in my normal folder. Customer service always responded within a day of my emails regarding any question I had on processing. If you think your order has not been processed check your spam folder, something I did not do until two weeks later. Thanks Beer Money Books for your help and patience.

I was not satisfied at all with your company. It took almost an entire month to get my money and if I would have known that I would have sold my books somewhere else. I even reached out to your customer service and they not only didn’t help me but they responded with a rude message. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Update-BMB contacted me and found my book and issued my check. Check was received 9/21.

I sold my books to them in July. I have tried to contact the company multiple times. They do not have a phone number listed, only way to contact them is to send message. No one has replied to me. My book went out to them and arrived July 8 at 2pm it’s now September and I have yet to Receive my money. Since posting this I have received a reply to my second email asking for an update. The representative was very polite and said they will look into the issue since it has been 60 days.

Customer service was transparent and helpful in clarifying what the buyback policies were. Quick and efficient payment.
