Prompt delivery. Well packaged. Certainly made my husband’s birthday

Initially I was very impressed with Beermerchants. Easy to order, quick shipping, excellent packaging.

Only now have I noticed that the beer I was shipped is 6 months past it's best-by date of Jan 24.

OK, so the beer was on sale, so I got a good price, but there was nothing on the website to say why it was on sale !

Will not use this company again based on that failure to provide accurate product information. Fortunately there are plenty of other Beer websites out there to spend my money at !

Amazing selection of European beers but customer service needs improving.

Some hefe's tasted slightly stale (perhaps yeast autolysis). After informing them and asking when a new batch would arrive, as I wished to reorder newer inventory, received no reply. Actually, my first message to thank them and suggest some other European beers to consider - no reply.

Additionally, the website doesn't offer notifications when out-of-stock beers are replenished. Pity

Delivery was very prompt though

Terrible custumer service !
My Parcel was delivered last week, unfortunately not to my house (I don’t know where), try to contact them by emails (4emails), try to call them few times no answer (left voicemail)
No one replay to my emails or voicemail from 24th April (today is 30th April).
And I still dont have my parcel for over 100£
Really disappointed!!!

You got the Westmalle Double I was after! Tesco's used to sell it, but thanks to Brexit you can't get the beer anywhere in supermarkets anymore in the UK.

Great selection of beers, good rates for shipping (I live on an Island) and excellent delivery time - will definitely use again when I've got through this lot!
