Waiting over 1 year for my order to arrive which was promised in 2 weeks. Have requested a refund multiple times, have been given lots of promises of delivery dates that have fallen through.
Ordered beermats last August 2024, it is now April 2025 and they still aren't here, no response from the company and of course we had to pay up front!!!
Do not use this company.. 13 months on and they still haven't fulfilled my order.. took 6 months to get a 1/3 of it. Another 6months to get another 1/3 of it.. and still waiting for it to be finished 13 months on.. won't give refunds when requested

Warning: Do not use this company! I placed an order three months ago and never received it. No responses to emails, and their phone line is always unavailable. Complete waste of money!
Avoid - abysmal service. Quoted me 10/14 days to turnaround an order on 18th April.
No response to email or via chatbot on their website.
A joint company of Printbroker.ie. Ordered Beermats for our Summer sales season and was told 10-14 days delivery. once this expired got a mail saying it would be another 3 weeks. That came and went and now another 2 weeks later. No response to several emails and no answer if I use my own phone. I get a return call if I leave a call from a different number!!! I hope I get a refund but it may have to take a legal route. STAY AWAY from this business.
