Reply from Beena Aquarium is half truth.There was initial courier pickup which never happened and was initiated and 2-3 days got wasted.
Also, shipping partners used are too slow. This is in comparison to Amazon/ Flipkart

It is not correct review. since it is APT liquid we can ship by surface mode courier, Air mode not allowed for liquid items. meantime courier delivered in 5th day. its default timing. so no issue/delay with courier also. i dont know why you gave wrong post here. see courier transaction history. shipped on 11th and delivered on 16th hence there is 1 holiday. please feel free to contact us for any query at support@beenaaquarium.com

No couriers was changed. after the order received next day it was registered and shipment picked by Delhivery courier. you can see the all shipment history here.

We apologise for the issue you received. unfortunetely your ordered product was defectie even we have in 1 qty of stock. so we cancelled the order. we already informed about the issue over phone. We used to check evey ordered product before shipment. if it is damaged or not working we wont ship it. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

ADA Version 2 aqua soil comes as 9L bag. almost it weighted in kg as 7.5kg approx.
Commendable and recommendable Service
I am new to the hobby of fish keeping. My wish is to set up a planted aquarium. I was well guided by Mr. Sheriff.
I bought plants through him. I also ordered CO2 complete set from him. He supported and guided me till setting up the CO2 equipment.
He is easily approachable and co-operative. I am really thankful for this extended support which one can't expect from an online shopping website.
