Thousands of templates give me a great starting point every time.
It’s easy to customize, so keeping my brand consistent is simple.
Honestly, it’s the best WYSIWYG editor I’ve ever used. I love the integrations with Salesforce and Outlook. Collaboration is smooth thanks to workspaces and user permissions. Beefree has saved me time, money, and dependency on developers.
Support has been excellent whenever I needed help. A trash bin or undo option for deleted designs would be useful.
Overall, Beefree is a fast, reliable, and user-friendly tool that I highly recommend.

The tool is user-friendly, has a variety of beautiful templates, easy to edit, have a lot of useful layout options. But the only problem that i found and which is annoying is the possiblity to export, after finishing my work and wanting to export as an HTML code, a screen appears that my account has been restricted and they need to change my mail to a business one, i've changed it and they confirmed it, after that they still restricted my account saying they wanted a phone number, i gave them the phone number but there was an error message. It's shameful how a person can work hours on building a template, and at the end receiving this deceiving message of you have been restricted as we suspected that your accounted seems unsafe and you can't export, than why you can download the zip file and not export via code.

Since I discovered Bee Pro I have saved tons of time creating and delivering email campaigns. Productivity has increased in this area at least 5x avoiding most of the major issues we experienced before.

The tool is super easy to use, and allows you to create responsive and incredible emails, as well as exporting to HTML automatically, without the need to involve a dev.

I've been using this tool for more than one year and it has great features: great folder organisation, brand guidelines, easy content block management and lots of tools to improve mobile rendering!

This program has been easy to use and it makes putting together professional emails very easy and efficient.

We launched a CRM in 2018 that didn't include an email designer. Without any HTML coding experience on our team, we resorted to basic designs and lackluster results. We discovered BEE Pro a few years ago and the email designer has allowed us to craft branded emails with striking images and CTA buttons. The designer itself is intuitive to use, and employs features that make designing future emails efficient. The exported code holds up very well within our CRM email delivery system and we haven't encountered any issues.

BEE Pro has been a key tool in all our email marketing campaigns. We do over 10 emails per week reaching over a million people and using Beefree.io has helped us standardize the creation process and improve the quality of design.

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing some issues with how the emails designed with beefree.io would look on certain platforms such as the Outlook app for Windows or the dark mode on iPhones.

But other than that, the platform is 98% reliable for all your email design needs.

The customer service experience provided by BEE is by far the worst I have experienced for a long time. I experienced long delays in responses to my support requests and when they replies did come, they seemed highly unprofessional. I was without access to my account for many weeks and received no apology. I wrote a formal complaint outlining the detail of my entire experience and received no response whatsoever.
