UNRELIABLE & HORRIBLE
Giving this company 1 star would be giving them too much credit. I ordered meat items to be delivered the same day. On the day of delivery I received a notice from delivery company stating that due to traffic 5 minutes before expected delivery that the driver was stuck in traffic and the items would be delivered the next day. The meat items were then kept overnight in a warehouse at the shipping company. When I contacts Beef Exclusive I was told ‘nothing they can do about, it will be delivered when it’s delivered’. A day late, defrosted and spoiled and yet no communication from the company. In addition, Mike made derogatory and discriminatory remarks because I cannot speak Dutch very well. Never will I deal with this company again. In addition, this is not the first order they have messed up. But it’s always someone else’s fault. Horrible Company! I will also send a complaint to the suppliers they use as this representation is unacceptable.
