I can't speak highly enough about Beech's. Not only are the chocolates easily some of the best (read: most delicious and with an amazing range of other products like their crystalised ginger) on the market, the Beech's Team's support is second to none. My relatively last minute order arrived with one incorrect item, and the team worked incredibly fast to get the right box out to me (and very kindly let me keep the wrongly delivered parts).

I would have no hesitation in buying from Beech's again. Great product range, great team, great experience - what's not to love!

Such a shame they are finishing. Surely there is someone out there who can rescue them There chocolate’s are unique

Awful customer service. My order was delivered a week ago and the wrong items were sent out. I have tried contacting Beech's customer service team on several occasions to try and sort this issue but I have not received a response to date. I am now left out of pocket and with incorrect items. Very disappointed.

The best chocolate maker I have tasted, the chocolate enrobed Brazil nuts were the best ever. Just sad they have suddenly closed. I hope all the staff find happiness.

The chocolates were delivered well packaged & in good condition. I ordered coffee fondants which are difficult to find. I did not read the description carefully enough as they are vegan & are truly awful ! Not chocolatey, not coffee enough. Slimy & leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I hate things that are supposed to be one thing yet made out of another.

Fabulous customer service - there was a slight hiccup on a recent order (really not a problem) and Beech's remedied it very quickly and generously. Obviously a company run by real people with common sense and discretion not a corporate nightmare with staff reading from scripts. A breath of fresh air, thank you, long may it continue. Oh.... and the chocolates are delicious and gluten free, vegetarian I think too (not a consideration for me, admittedly I'd eat pig bristles if Beech's coated them in chocolate!).

I am really impressed with this company for a couple of reasons:

1. The chocolates were lovely.
2. I contacted them to request a specific delivery date and this was dealt with in a professional manner. I received an email from an actual person to let me know when my delivery would arrive. This was very much appreciated.
3. The order included a complimentary box of chocolates, which needless to say was also very much appreciated.

I will certainly order again.

I'm an (unashamed!) dark chocolate addict with a particular taste for anything coffee flavoured. I have tried many dark chocolate coffee creams over the years and Beeches are definitely among the very best - and certainly the best in the this price range. In my opinion, many other brands taste too "sugary" with only a hint of coffee (as well as inferior dark chocolate covering). I prefer a more intense coffee flavour with less sweetness and find Beeches has a very nice balance. The dark chocolate covering also has a good taste and quality.
I've bought various different Beeches chocolates as gifts and they always go down well. I'm a regular customer and am always happy with service, packaging, delivery times etc.
I'm very surprised the current Trustpilot rating is not over 4.5 as I've been using the website for some time now and always find everything great and have never had a problem.

I had never dealt with this company before and had three questions. All were answered concisely, comprehensively and promptly via the Chat facility.
Parcel arrived within three days of placing order and two days of dispatch.
Pleased to support a British company when so much manufacturing has gone overseas.
Somewhat annoyed that my main item, a box of luxury truffles, had a further price reduction after my purchase .
