Thank you very much Bed Universe for delivering a beautiful bed for my son's room.
The bed is simply stunning! The workmanship I'd second to none and it fits beautifully. Would definitely order again.

I ordered a footstool & whilst there were delays with delivery i'm not going to complain about that. The problem i have is that what was delivered is not what was ordered. Only the material is correct, its the wrong size, wrong button pattern & very poor quality. I have contacted them via email, phone messages & facebook, i get no reply at all, despite these being the same communication methods i used when ordering.

The above details are fact to date - The 1 star is due to wrong item, very poor quality & total lack of communication.

I ordered the Colorado bed in Grey Naples Velvet and it's stunning!
Easy and quick delivery. Won't hesitate ordering from here again.

Love my new bed!! The whole process from start to finish was great. The delivery was done within a week! Which is absolutely phenomenal. Quality of my bed is amazing, I can safely say better than all the beds I have ever owned considering they were nearly double the price. Can't recommend the guys at Bed Universe enough.

Possibly THE worse company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bed, it came but was of VERY poor quality. I emailed them to which they did respond advising their unsure as to HOW such a bed could have got past their quality control. Anyway I asked for them to collect which they were extremely reluctant to do, they have now collected me the bed and issued a refund minus £150. Apparently even though it is AGAINST consumer rights even if your bed is faulty they’ll still charge YOU for the collection of THEIR poor quality bed. They will not answer the phone to any of my calls, only email back telling me ‘it’s their policy’ to basically go against consumer rights. So now I am still £589 down with no bed. I am also pregnant and now sleeping on a mattress on the floor thanks to this disgusting poor excuse of a company. DO NOT BECOME THEIR NEXT VICTIM!

Would highly recommend this company who provided an excellent service from placing order to delivery. Bed is absolutely beautiful and comfy mattress too.

I can honestly say from start to finish it has been a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Bed Universe. The swatches were sent out promptly and my emails responded to quickly. Delivery was much quicker than expected and the bed is everything I wanted and more!

Quite impressed with my ottoman bed. Ordering was easy and communication was excellent. Delivery was on time and delivery men really helpful and friendly. Took approx an hour to assemble the bed.

Ordered a double bed for my daughter. The bed arrived within the delivery time slot. The quality of the bed and mattress is great. Very sturdy and nicely built. Looks lovely and more expensive than it is. Definitely a statement piece for any room.

I was skeptical about purchasing such a big piece of furniture online but I need not be. Quite impressed by the bed's quality and fabric. Fits my farmhouse themed bedroom perfectly. Recommended.
