What made the experience great was the couriers. We live somewhere quite awkward (Cornish cottage on tiny Cornish lane) and the delivery drivers were brilliant. Kept us up to date, navigated the tricky unloading and getting the bits of bed up to the room, then constructed the bed efficiently. They were also completely lovely, particularly the smaller guy who was completely unphased by my dogs who wanted to get in on the action! I asked and these guys are independent so if anyone knows who they are, give them your business!!

Absolute shambles.

The bed came, without legs, a drawer was broken, nails sticking out of the fabric, the fabric didn't even cover the wood, the frame of the divan was also warped. Didn't even sit together properly, I've messaged via facebook, the website and the contact number with no response. They don't communicate at all and don't adhere to their returns policy. I'm also reporting to trading standards as paid 500 for a bed that wasn't fit for purpose. No refund and no communication even after 3 weeks! Numerous messages and emails and nothing.

Very good communication from Bed Trend and helpful on questions. The driver did not call an hour ahead and also delivery times were changed which caused plans to be altered. The product itself is superb with easy install instructions.

Very sturdy and compact. Really good . Easy to assemble. Needs two person for heavy lifting. Quick delivery. Very satisfied. Owner very helpful and reassuring.

Why did I not know about this company before its amazing Wow on customer service updates on delivery…Wow Took Half hour to assemble….all gas pistons already attached to the bed so easy unbelievable…Wow Zara Ottoman bed space for bedding etc huge..Wow quality,strong,beautiful,mesh support for matress not wooden slats 10/10 can’t wait until my other bed breaks so I can buy off Bedtrend again they are the best better than all the rest so happy I love my bed absolute bargain thanks Bedtrend 🙂

Booked in a delivery that was for next day but because of an issue contacted me and made other arrangements with another courier to still deliver the bed on time would certainly recommend

Awesome quality. Absolutely love it. This was my second time order from them and I am absolutely thrilled of the experience. The fabric is very good. It is excellent value for money. It is good quality ottoman bed in the perfect colour and easy to assemble. Definitely recommend.
