The sizing is off. Tried to return no one will get back to me on how? Shouldn't have trusted this website, scamy!

I should have read the bad reviews before ordering . I paid for my items and received an email after 2 days saying my order will be delivered by the post office in 2-4 working days after 6 working days had passed I have tried to contact the company several times and so far no one has got back to me I will now request my money back as the customer service is non existent I will let you know whether I get a refund

Scam company.

Ordered a Christmas present for my wife on the 20th. As of 2nd Jan, still hasn't been dispatched and calls/emails/messages ignored.
Luckily I paid through clearpay so there is some protection there.
Avoid these lot like the plague. It's a full on scam.

Ordered 3 lingerie sets, only 1 showed up
No communication whatsoever they don’t respond to emails or live chat..
Can’t log into my account to track my order because my password doesn’t work, click the forgot password to reset and the link won’t load
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Item was still not dispatched 10 days after ordering despite a 2-4 day delivery. No updates, response to email or online chat. Phone number not recognised

Update: Received a full refund

Very poor experience. Order placed 8 days ago. Asked for update as item has not arrived just get automated response. Several further messages sent with no response and phone number found by research is not correct. This company looks suspicious to me so avoid having anything from them.

Still waiting for my refund 3 weeks after returning an item.
I know the return parcel has been delivered.
Not getting any response to emails now so not at all happy with this company - they owe me nearly £60.

Really happy with the fast and efficient service. After placing my order I needed to contact them, so used the Live Chat function on the site, got an answer within a few minutes and had my issue resolved.
My lingerie arrive very quickly and I love the gift box! Will use this company again.

A week after my purchase and payment and receiving a confirmation email telling me my order is being processed I received an email asking for a copy of my utility bill to prove who I was. I always shop online 1000’s of different sites but never has anyone asked for a utility bill for online shopping when I’ve paid for my items.

I returned an item three weeks ago. I know they have received it, as I sent it tracked. However, even though I have emailed them four times they have not replied to me or sent me my refund. There is no company phone no, and they do not respond on their customer services email. Basically there is no customer service. I would advise stay away from this company.
Following posting this review on trustpilot I have received a refund.
