**Avoid at all cost!**
**Just would like to warn everyone about this company** I brought a bed one month a go when it was Delivered the bed was winged I ordered a bed without wings I then wrote to them about this they replied saying it was more expensive which didn’t resolve my problem we then proceeded to fit the bed and realised the frame didn’t sit in properly the (gas lift) hits the bottom of the bed then noticed the bar at top of bed was” bent” where It has no support I have messaged them about this and apparently its not under warranty and they cannot help me its made my sleeps uncomfortable I asked again if they could send a new bar then they replied saying they can send me £20 as a good will gesture I refused as I would like they bed I was promised when I brought it
I’m really upset as I’ve spent my savings on a bed thats faulty of no fault of our own
Just be carful as don’t want anyone else to go through the same as me.
Now I’m going to have to purchase a new bed
I suggest using another bed company very unprofessional!
They have now blocked me and my partner so we cannot contact them
And have blocked me so I cannot leave a review this is totally unacceptable and should be able to get away with this
