I ordered two wardrobes
I ordered two wardrobes, they promised 4th to 10th October, no updates, or any confirmation of the transaction and delivery (asides the first automated confirmation email)
Multiple messages on all platforms no reply. I genuinely think this company is a scam and that all the positive reviews might be fake
They dont communicate, reply messages or update you
I have spent almost 800£ and no updates
Beware of them if you want peace of mind

I ordered a sofa on September 9th and…
I ordered a sofa on September 9th and was informed that it would be delivered between September 23rd and 28th. However, the delivery never showed up! I've sent multiple chats on their website inquiring about the status of my order, but they were promising me other delivery dates and failing until they stopped responding.
This company seems like a scam, and I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for your furniture needs! I have approached Klarna to get a refund of my first payment.

This company is a joke, paid them for a 3x2 sofa and never delivered it, sent the multiple message no response and when u call them there in box is always full. This company is a total scam - ordered wardrobe 6 weeks ago - given date for delivery and never showed up , then given another date for delivery by someone called Harry via WhatsApp - again never showed up. I then requested to cancel and refund order as after looking on multiple review sites I could see they are a scam and the good reviews are false ones they are doing themselves- please avoid at all costs - I never received a refund even after chasing numerous times and Harry on WhatsApp’s ignores me. Do not believe the good reviews they are totally false and they are putting them up themselves

Shameful customer service
I ordered a corner sofa bed, it did arrive without legs and slight damages. Customer service answers slow and not helpful. I would never recommend or use them again.

Rip off company, keep your cash and don't send order
I never received my order of a sofa and kept getting different excuses , 1st it was out for delivery then never came, contacted them and then told it was out of stock and given a new delivery date which came and passed. Then told it was damaged in transit and given another delivery date , once again no sofa.They said they would refund me but never have and kept my money £429.99. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING COMPANY, I AM REPORTING TO FRAUD DEPT AND OMBUDSMAN. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOUR PREPARED TO BE RIPPED OFF. I wouldn't even give them 1 star DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company! I paid near enough 600 for a wardrobe had 3 professionals out who advised the doors are uneven I emailed and messaged the crap company and the guy just fobs you off and ignored then promised to send out parts and that was 6months ago! I will be reporting them to trading standards. The glass is cheap and has also cracked! I have young children. This company shouldn't be selling anything!
