Two of your box trucks heading North on the Sothern… 1 big box truck with Sleepyhead / and some religious sticker swerves and nearly goes off the road just before Drury then does the same thing into the right lane as cars are coming through. By the end of the 80Km/hr section- this probably unlicensed driver is tailgating traffic doing the speed limit…. I then see a smaller and also sign written truck further on and this guy is slip streaming another truck with not three seconds gap…. It literally amazes me there was not an accident. Maybe you you’ll give these clowns a good bed each so they can get a proper nights sleep. Worse than Woolworths drivers. Maybe invest in some defensive driving courses for your staff. It looks bad - could ruin someone’s lives and dont bother commenting back at me bout we will talk to them… how about they don’t get distracted by having ridiculous demands put on them… do you not care about your staff or do your staff just want to put the world to sleep?

I would like to share my experience to caution others when dealing with Beds4U. I strongly recommend conducting thorough research and ensuring all product details and warranty terms are clearly confirmed in writing before making a purchase.
In December 2021, we purchased a bed from Beds4U based on assurances regarding its quality and durability. However, within less than three years, we began experiencing discomfort and health issues. After undergoing multiple mattress adjustments and physiotherapy sessions, we identified the bed as a contributing factor.
We contacted Beds4U in November 2024, and it took three phone calls, five emails, and several follow-ups before someone was finally sent to inspect the bed on March 7, 2025. During the first visit, the representative acknowledged that there might be a fault. However, a second person was sent days later, who conducted an assessment but provided little to no communication or transparency.
Following additional follow-ups, we were informed that the warranty was void due to stains on the mattress—an explanation we find extremely difficult to accept given the nature of our complaint and the lack of transparency throughout the process.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope Beds4U takes this feedback seriously and considers improvements in customer service, warranty assessments, and communication protocols.
