Ordered a shelf…. Took ages to come when it finally arrived it arrived broken in 3 different places. I’ve been trying to contact the company now for over 2 weeks and haven’t had a single reply and no one answers the phone number. Just wish I had seen this site before ordering!

Crooks. Do not use. They take you money and nothing is delivered.The director Mr Wayne Simpson is running a scam. You speak to operatives who say the onward sales team will call you back but they never do.A strike off notice was filed in June at Companies House.

Do I have to give a star?
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered 2 shelves which took weeks to arrive. Any attempt of finding out when I would receive them was pointless as emails were ignored and the girl on the phone couldn’t answer any questions and told me to email! There are two email addresses.com and .co.Uk none of which I had a reply to. When the parcel finally arrived there was just one shelf and needless to say no one has replied to my emails. I’ve now been waiting a few weeks for a reply. Thank god I didn’t spend more money with them. They are useles and have taken my money in good faith and not supplied the goods, that’s theft. AVOID Like the plague!

Ordered an Archie wall clock. Read the poor reviews and cancelled the order before dispatched. Now waiting to get my money back after 10 days. Money was taken from the account same day order was placed. Have an email acknowledging the refund will be processed in 3 business days. It is 8 business days today

I dread to think what would have ordered if the order was delivered and there were faults. Avoid this company at all costs. This company is a scam

I would not recommend, I purchased a coffee table that arrived with marks and general wear and tear. Raised with the company and they were very unhelpful, I advised I would accept a parcial refund as the matter had gone on long enough, but there was no definitive response. Eventually their actual supplier stepped in and got the matter resolved. One of the worst companies I have dealt with in terms of lack of communication and I won't be using these again.

Absolutely awful, whatever you do do not trust this company. I purchased a table, I paid extra for it to arrive quickly. It didn’t arrive and when it finally did it was completely battered and broken. I didn’t even take it out of the box. I was told I could not have a replacement or a refund. Initially they blamed it on the courier then told me I should have declared the goods as damaged to the courier. However the courier simply delivered table and I did not know it was broken until opening the cardboard cover. I have fought for years to get my money back. They do not reply to any form of contact, phone, email, instant message. I can only imagine this is a scam, please read other reviews as I am not the only one to have this experience.

Ordered some shelves, never come invoice has, but shelves nope rang them no answer. Emailed them nothing. If there are closed for this pandemic. Don’t take orders and peoples money

Unfortunately this company has zero customer service. I ordered a chest of drawers, they took the payment the same day then nothing. Despite attempting to call them numerous times, to which there was no answer, and several emails and attempts at their 'live chat' service I couldn't make contact. We had effectively said goodbye to our funds. One thing they did do was respond to my eventual request to cancel our order by sending a standard email confirming the refund had been made. The refund was received the next day. No apologies, no explanation. Sad to say 1 star for this one. Would not recommend.

Overall really pleased with my purchase. Fair to say I had a few concerns ordering this item during lockdown as I'd been let down by a few other orders promising delivery dates that never materialised and continued to be pushed back. So first the reason for not giving 5 stars: After extensive research, I found the item I wanted (a dining table) at a very good price with this firm's website and better still, it was showing 'in stock'. Order made! Within a few days a message was received saying the estimated delivery date was 4-5 weeks away - odd when the item is meant to be in stock, but at least they told me quickly. As I was 'on alert' I asked if all was looking good for the planned delivery date about a week before due and was quickly told the item was due to arrive at the warehouse today. Some more nudges and update requests followed for the next 2 weeks before I was then given a firm delivery date, which was just over 6 weeks after original expected date.

Now the good stuff: Comms were responded to quickly and with lovely, humoured personalisation (which took away a lot of my nerves). Item was a great price and the packing! ... well I have never received an item so carefully packed - faultless - and friendly delivery service people too.

So overall, I think I may have been given a bum steer around the 'in stock' info at the start and delivery expectations may have been on the optimistic side, but great item, great price and great service. Would use again.

Item delivered but with damage. 4 emails sent seeking replacement part received no response. 3 telephones calls made. No response when speaking to main telephone number they were unable to provide an email address to contact their complaints team or any number to speak to the customer service team - shockingly bad after service

Ordered a bathroom cabinet. Said it would ship by a few days. It's been almost two weeks and no item. Emailed their sales support and no response. Think I'll have to put this purchase down as a scam.

Sometimes there's a reason why it's better to stick with an established company rather than buy something from an unknown site just because they undercut the costs.

I was dissatisfied with the quality of one of the items I purchased and was told that they could easily send out replacement parts.

Over 2 weeks I was told 3 different things by different people and promised the parts in a. 3 days b. 10 days and c. 30 days (they had to order from their German manufacturers?!!). 

I have never been given the run around by a company before and am disgusted with their complacent attitude.

This company has NO idea about customer service and I don't think they even care.

After 6 weeks of refusing to return phone calls and promising things - even to collect the item for a refund - nothing has transpired!

I don't like writing poor reviews as I think it's good to support small companies but in this case I would recommend you give them a wide birth and pass them by.
