From the moment I got in touch with bedrock computers the experience was easy, fast and the staff beyond helpful. There was constant updates on how things were going and even a follow up to ensure everything was running smoothly. The delivery was spot on with my computer packaged carefully. I also want to add when I spoke to bedrock on the phone after doing my order online I mentioned I didn't want anything flashy with lights so the case was changed to fit what I wanted. You service. Great Pc and communicative team
Super friendly and communicative through emails regarding every step of the process. Delivery did take longer than I had anticipated so I'm glad I ordered it way in advance of my son's birthday. The spec was changed slightly from what was expected due to availability of parts (but either better spec and performance etc) and there was a minor delay but they did communicate all of this. Set up instructions included and sent via careful delivery with repurposed fragile packaging.
Pc works great and my son is so pleased with his first proper gaming PC, and I use it too for work.

I ordered for my sons birthday
I ordered for my sons birthday. It was built really quick as I needed it for a specific date and I was kept informed at all times. It arrived and whilst I haven’t had it on yet (his birthday is just today), it looks brilliant, packaged up really well. I spoke with all team members at one point or another and all were great and I’ve even had a check in email! Thank you so very much!

I didnt really understand computer…
I didnt really understand computer components and when i had an issue i got in touch and hsd the best customer service ive had from a company. The team helped me throught the process and now ive got a great computer that can play all the titles my old system couldnt. Had a great experience with this company and would recomend them.
Also if you dont know much about computers send them an email and im sure they would help you with picking the right system.

from ordering to delivery, the feedback information was good. any changes where notified. delivery dates where kept to.
the computer was packed well. I was unable to get the PC working to start, I was phoned back. Once working the PC works well, fast with no issues.

Very happy with the PC I ordered and delivery was very quick. I spoke to someone from the bedrock team and explained it was for a birthday present and they ensured that the PC was delivered in time. Would recommend buying
Would definitely recommend buying from here. A little later than expected hence not quite 5star, and there was a slight issue, however this was rectified promptly and we were compensated with upgrades even though nobody was really at fault. Brilliant communication, the customer service is absolutely on point.

I was initially skeptical when I saw a pre-built gaming rig priced lower than buying the parts individually. After speaking with their team and visiting them on-site, my concerns completely vanished. They helped me choose the right build based on my performance needs and budget without any pressure.
The customer service after ordering was outstanding. They kept me updated throughout the build and even offered a free part upgrade to avoid a delivery delay. My order arrived within 72 hours. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for future upgrades and rigs for my sons!

Brilliant experience with these guys, delivery and communication were very prompt. One of the parts of the PC I ordered wasn't available but It was replaced and actually upgraded for free, this was all explained to me well .

Excellent value quality computers

i bought a pc with speedy shipping and i am honestly impressed. i bought from bedrock pcs very skeptical of the quality of the company because of what i have heard about broken pc’s and slow shipping and slow responses. but my pc was here the same week i ordered it, and it was quite literally useable straight out of the box. i will admit i ran into one issue, and that was that windows wasnt activated. i tried emailing and their response was definitely slower than i expected, but i also contacted the team on whatsapp and they gave me the activation key in literally a couple minutes after i contacted! my case and some parts were also upgraded free of charge (saving me an additional 40 on a better case!) overall, a good experience and i would definitely purchase again.
