I'd buy from bedrock again!

The advice I got, the willingness to talk through my options was fantastic and the system I've received works exactly as I'd want. I'd really call it a personal service and it was for an equivalent if not better price with better spec than the larger suppliers.
The only thing which caused a 4 rather than 5 was delivery time and communication. My delivery was delayed, now this was due to a faulty part, which, and this is a massive positive was found before sending out. But I was not told about this without having to chase, an earlier heads up without me having to chase would have been preferred. BUT I would buy from them again no problem at all.

I did wait a bit of time for my pc being built but it was worth it. It runs really well, is very quiet and was a great price. I guess I was dreaming of a new pc and I'm glad I found this team of great pc builders. Thank you for making it, I'm having lots of fun.

Works great, easy setup, got a few parts substituted for upgrades which was nice (although I think the better GPU struggles a bit cause it runs hot on more intensive games, I'm sure if I add some more fans it'll be fine) and for the price a while setup that I can easily upgrade is well worth it

Bedrock computer I have a very good choice of gaming PCs at a very good price kept me updated with my order there was a slight delay with one the parts not being available but once I told them it was a birthday present they fitted a different part which was better than what I ordered at no extra cost and they did next day delivery to make sure it was ready for the birthday.

I asked for recommendations for my sons 18th (being completely clueless about what would meet his gaming needs!) and they sent me a number of options in different price brackets.
Chose the one I wanted, and seamless ordering process. Regular communication about the build and delivery, upgraded my graphics card for free and arrived in next to no time!
Everything arrived well packaged, and was literally plug and play! My sons thrilled!!!

Just had the computer serviced at less than 1.5 yrs old. Several internal wires that rusted were brought to my attention. Contacted the firm but still awaiting response.

Excellent service. Had a problem with the delivery. The team at Bedrock jump on it quickly and my PC was delivered the very my next day and with a small free upgrade. Great service. Highly recommend company.

Computer was delayed but they kept in touch to keep us updated and upgraded the case.

Bought a Gaming PC with Bedrock Computers. It didnt arrive by the date I thought it would due to a back log of orders or Bedrock waiting for parts from suppliers which led to the delay. They kept me updated with communication which is the main thing. My son is super happy with his PC and even when little things were missing I.e no windows key or keyboard not working, the guys sent what was needed out. Its refreshing to see a new company run by young guys who are available on e-mail, call and whats app. Whenever Ive e-mailed and called. Always sound energetic, upbeat and willing to help. I prefer that sort of organic hip service then someone reading off a script from a call centre. Thank you Bedrock Computers, keep up the great work!

Friendly and patient with everyone. Any questions they are responsive and always willing to work with the customer for any additional changes to their initial purchase at any time .

Had very little idea what I needed for my son. One email and the guy sent a recommendation at an amazing price. Once ordered contact was fast friendly and helpful. Small delay due to graphic card out of stock not a problem they upgraded the graphics card and put a gaming case on. Amazing team big thanks to Flynn and Nick. We definitely use again

The keyboard arrived on time and was in perfect condition. If the need arises, I would use Bedrock Computers again

Generally a disappointing experience.
Ordered a computer from bedrock for my son’s birthday at a reasonable price. Ordering process was pretty simple on the website. After that things became challenging. The website stated delivery within a few days- in the end I waited closer to 3 weeks. On the day of delivery I was informed they were out of stock of various components so had changed some things out. Much of this didn’t really affect the system, however being informed the i5 processor I ordered was replaced with an ‘upgrade’ of an i3 was disappointing. That being said the company did agree to exchange for an i5 in the end. The keyboard sent to me was tatty and looked as though it had been in a smokers house. The company again replaced this. Although my thoughts are this should never have been sent out in the first place.
On inspecting the system I noted that it was missing various blanking panels. I asked the company to provide these which they failed to do.
On booting up the computer I had to assign the hard drives myself as they hadn’t done that and also it turns out the version of windows installed hasn’t been activated. I have emailed the company 3 times now and tried to ring them to get an activation code for windows, however currently they have not responded to any of my requests.
Further to this the wireless card they installed hadn’t been installed with any drivers so had to do this myself- which was very tricky as it all seemed to be in Chinese. Thank goodness for google translate!
Service is generally poor and communication is not over great.
I would suggest you look elsewhere where to buy your computers.

I received my PC a few weeks ago, everything working as it should(I think) there were a few delays before shipping, I called them up and asked for an update which they said it would be delivered within the next two days. Due to the long delays they upgraded my normal case to one with slightly better ventilation, which I thought was nice. Overall great customer service, definitely recommend👍

Purchasing through the website was easy. The computer arrived a day later than advertised. I had an issue with it in 2 days. As it required a replacement part this took a week and a half to resolve. It isn't easy to contact them as you call or email and have to wait for a call back. The team are knowledgeable which helps but overall not the best.
