It is unfortunate to read that the product did not live up to its expectations. There are several factors that come into play when it comes to humidifying rooms, including the humidifiers location, ventilation system and room size. If you do not get the humidity higher, it indicates that something is working to keep the humidity down - we would like to help you map out what.
The filter mats are unfortunately sold out due to delivery problems at the supplier, but are expected to be delivered to us in the beginning of next year. You are welcome to sign up for e-mail notification and we will notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.

So far...I'm very satisfied with the WINEX ZERO COMPACT air purifier with PLASAMAWAVE I purchased a few weeks ago. It's not in the way at all---I have it in the corner of my bedroom, near the door. At first...I was anxious if I would be able to sleep with the device working during the night, but I have not been disturbed at all. I put it in the NIGHT MODE, and fade away into dreamland.
