Bought a mattress in a physical store. When I went in the shop, the sales person seemed like we were bothering him just from coming in. Idk if because we spoke english and not dutch or because we are young and probably thought we didn’t want to buy anything, either way doesn’t matter, you should treat all your customer equally.
In the end, after discussing my needs with the sales person, I went with a choice AND THEN, he offered us something to drink.
Due to my back problems I have some specifics points when buying a mattress (which I mentioned on the day I bought the mattress). After 4days of this mattress, it’s just super uncomfortable, nothing at all what I needed, just bad. Without mentioning the fact that the one I bought home is WAYYYY SOFTER than the one I tried out in the shop, should feel the same since is the same mattress, only different size.
As said in their website I’d have 14days to return in case I’m not happy with my purchase. To my surprise, when I requested the return of the mattress, it was told me by the customer service that I can’t return a in sorte purchase. ( I was never informed about this in the store when I bought the mattress ) - and if I go to the physical store (as customer service told me to), they will say they don’t accept returns, it as to be online (as it also says on the website lol).
So now, I have a bad new mattress, and -510€ on my account, with the need of buying another one.
Just terrible. Never again and if everyone asks me, I won’t recommend.

There was no language barrier, his english was good.
And I’m gonna send another email, to not get an answer (?) after last time I did that was when your customer service rep. told me that there was nothing it could be done and sent me to the shop, that told me that I should talk with the customer service online, as it is (was) on the website.
It’s very confusing honestly.

I ordered (ORD0156713) on the 18th of June a bed and mattrass from the store in Utrecht. However, right after the payment, while I was still in the Store I noticed that the bed has been ordered with the wrong color.
Store immediately tried to take action and change this mistake. This is where all started! I first got a delivery date for 20th of June, than it got updated to 24th of June. Today is the 24th and I get the info that it'll get delivered on the 27th of June.
If you have the chance mind buying anything from this company!!! There is no customer service number, you always have to call the store in order to get an update. The operation model of this company is very old and not aligned with todays realities!
Think what would happen if I have a problem afterwards...

I ordered a bed frame with two bedside tables. The delivery partially arrived and some of the articles delivered were damaged. When the delivery man was asked about the missing items, he didn’t seem to care. The client service is slow and not consistent providing a way forward. I have been asked to report the issue 3 times: by phone, by WhatsApp and by email. The quality of the bedframe is rather low. Now, I am trying to return it and they are not clear about the return process

we visited utrecht bedden reus shop on 28 sep, 2024. we ordered boxer bed of 160x200.(with 2 beds and single matress). up on delivery we received beds correctly and 80x200 matresses(2). after calling to beddenreus, they are telling us that they cannot do anything. they responded not good and they are now telling us there is no single matress. when we ask thm to cancel the order, they are telling us to pay 200 euro. What they tell in the shop, and what they deliver are not sinking. we have very bad experience.

I am very unhappy with my experience. I ordered box springs for the beds we ordered on 1 September. They promised they would be here on 16 Oct. Then they changed it to 27 Oct. On 10 Oct they delivered a box of 500 empty plastic shopping bags!!!! I phoned to say that is not my order!
Then on the 27 Oct nothing came...
I phoned them and now they say the beds will only be delivered on 20 Nov.
Don't trust Beddenreus. They are a joke.
