We were very happy with this company whom took care of our mice problem. The man that attended was very friendly and knowledgeable, checked all areas that were affected and looked for the entry points and the poison that he used did the trick and resolved the problem very swiftly.

Your Operatives were helpful and polite and arrived at the time stated/agreed. The job they did, must have been effective as we have not had any further signs of mole action.

Had a rodent infestation, callout was pretty quick reasonably priced and the representatives gave good advice and guidance for preventing them in the future.

Customer service are always helpful and pleasant.

Swift response to request for visit (next day). The operative that attended carried out a thorough check of property and made suggestions around addressing points of entry etc. baited the area of activity. Attended again on request as all bait taken, re baited area which then stopped further activity.

Friendly staff, very speedy, they put time into working out the problem and solved ours.
However a little pricey.

Brilliant service! A rat came through a hole under the house and was making me so worried as I have young children. I called JG pest control and they made me feel at ease instantly and came out the same afternoon to check it out. Amazingly the problem was eradicated within a few days. I highly recommend and would definitely use again if I needed to.

They gave good suggestions for further investigation , to date it is a 4* service, only because they are yet to make a 3rd and final call then I am confident of a 5* service. I called JG Pest Control when we had rats enter into our loft space. Obviously the price was right with upto three visits. To be fair after the 2nd visit the rat issue was totally eradicated and they still made a visit on the third to check everything is cleared and even went up into our loft space to check for dead rats to remove. Overall really happy with the experience and most of all the level of communication and good timing they kept throughout whole customer journey, from initially booking to visiting our house and finally completing the pest issue.

We found we had a squirrel in our company building and needed him removing. We did try ourselves to remove it but he want going anywhere. We called JG Pest control and they were able to come out the next day. When the man came the next day he was very helpful and gave out a lot of relevant information. The poison was put down and he gave good instructions of what to do next. As it happens we got the squirrel out of the build the next day and sometimes see him running about in the wood.

Very quick to attend and took time to explain the process. Regular updates on timing of trap checks and rebaiting. Effective capture of invading squirrel by the second week of having laid the traps out. Not an easy job as no access possible to the roof loft.

Really prompt service around Christmas. Had 2 visits and the rats are gone now. Good work guys.

Excellent service that has dealt with our mouse problem!
Arranged initial and follow up visits to coincide with our neighbours. Bait was laid in appropriate places to keep it out of the reach of our children and the team gave us advice about other things we could do to help as well.

Very Professional, called at 2pm on Christmas Eve and had a visit from them by 4pm.

I have now had my 3 planned visits and they came out on the day I called for my first visit. The guys have been professional and made me feel better as I was most upset that I needed them. I was messaged to let me know they were on their way. I would highly recommend this company who, prior to this, I had not heard of them.

JG pest control came out very quickly and my issue has been resolved. The guy who came out gave me some advice and I feel he did a thorough job.
