Company is great as a whole
Company is great as a whole.
The employee who carried out to the work really struggled to find the property, could not understand and didn't really know what he was doing. He had obtained no information before turning up. He phoned to say he would be half an hour away and turned up an hour and a half later which was not ideal as i need to return to work. He was not as throughout as previous visits.

I would never use them again
I'd didn't pick up on the fact that there VERY HIGH CHARGES were also subject to VAT making them a RIP-OFF.
They did spray the ants and they seem to have gone but the work they did was worth about half the amount they charged. I would never use them again.

Amazing service
Absolutely fantastic service, couldn't fault them for anything. Not one bed bug in sight since being done, would use them again and would definitely recommend to anyone with bed bugs especially if you want them gone straight away! Always a good thing when you find people you can trust and get the job done

Had no idea how to choose one company over another, but plumped for this one as they responded to my initial email first.
