I felt well prepared for the FAR section of the CPA exam

The practice tests and simulations gave new questions that I never thought about or saw on the normal assigned questions for the FAR. I gave me confidence for the real exam.

In the weeks leading up to test day I felt very discouraged because the questions were so hard. The hardness of Becker helped me feel relaxed on test day and pass FAR. Highly recommend!!

The main thing for me is that the practice test interface is exactly like the real thing. I feel like I had all of the content required to pass the exam.

Becker goes into complete detail on the material needed for the CPA exams. The lectures and videos explain the concepts clearly, and I think they give me a strong foundation for each topic. One of the best updates Becker has made is the new AI tool. This feature makes the course much better because it feels like having a live tutor available at any time.

I really like that I can ask the AI about the practice questions not only in English but also in Spanish. Since English is not my first language, sometimes I need explanations in simpler terms or even in my own language. The AI gives me expanded explanations that go beyond the four answer choices, and it also helps me understand why I got confused. For example, I can explain my reasoning to the AI, compare it with the correct answer, and get feedback that helps me think through the problem more effectively. This has improved my understanding and reasoning a lot.

As for study resources, Becker provides books in addition to the videos, but my version only has the digital books. Personally, I don’t like reading digital books, so I have only used the videos and practice questions so far. Even with that, I feel the course is very complete.

Overall, I would recommend Becker to CPA candidates because it provides detailed materials, strong video lectures, and now the AI tutor tool, which in my opinion is the best part of the program. It really supports the learning process and makes it easier to understand difficult concepts, especially if you need explanations in simple language or another language.

I appreciate there were multiple approaches to learning the material. Lecture videos, MCQs, simulations, practice tests, simulated exams, AI Newt assistant. I felt very prepared, but the test was still very difficult.

meh, the exam isnt too difficult

I purchased the Becker Pro package about two weeks ago, and unfortunately my experience so far has been very frustrating.

After redeeming my textbook, I waited for a week before reaching out to check on the status. I was then told that a system issue prevented my order from being shipped.

Two days later, my textbook was shipped — but at the same time, my account was deactivated.

I was informed that although my payment went through, your system only registered the shipping charge and not the study plan. Because of this, I now have to wait for a refund and repurchase the package.

However, my account was deactivated before I received the refund, which makes no sense and leaves me unable to study in the meantime.

I want to emphasize that the customer service representative was polite and helpful, but the underlying system and back-end issues have created a very unpleasant experience for me. At this point, I am without access to the materials I paid for and left waiting for a refund I have to chase.

They have the best prep material, but user experience so far is very unpleasant

What makes this site so well is the ease of use.

Great tool for learning. Plenty of reaources provided along with an ample amount of study material. Very interactive. Wonderful source for all types of learners. Always improving.

Don't waste your time on other programs - Becker was the way to go for me and paid off!

I initially started with Gleim, wasn't happy, then transitioned to CMA Exam Academy. Both were good but didn't work for me. Eventually I moved on to Becker, and that was the winner for me to pass.

What I loved about Becker is the massive amounts of video lectures going over questions and essays, and they switch professors for every unit to mix things up. The weekly 2hr video lectures are live and saved, their quizzes are made to simulate the actual test as much as possible, the AI bot is super handy and accessible on every question to break things down simple and answer questions, and the virtual private coaching sessions you get (I got 5 with my package) were incredibly helpful to get me to understand subjects I was having a real hard time with. One hour with a professor on a particular subject helped me immensely. Immense video library, books, online flash cards, large question bank and private coaching - can't beat all that content.

You might hear of the "Becker Bump" and it's real - meaning your increase in score from Becker's quizzes to the actual test. As long as you complete their simulation tests to get 50% minimum and finish 80% of the content, there's a high chance you'll pass, which is crazy because you need 70% to pass the CMA exam. The program's structure just manages to push you to the finish line. The "Exam Day Ready" measurement (it tells you how ready you are for the exam) was pretty accurate.

I can't thank Becker enough and wish I started with them in the first place. Highly recommended and worth every dollar!

You guys are legit and did materially help in exam prep. HOWEVER, there were some errors detected that reek of sloppiness, writing was below standards, and sometimes you test stuff you do not cover which felt fundamentally unfair.
