horrible jumper and another two dresses they never came 😡 avoid avoid ….

Wish I’d read these reviews before I’d try to purchase something from them! Unfortunately I have had the same experience as many others, ordered a dress which never arrived. Had multiple emails back and forth trying to sort a solution but in the end had to contact my bank who refunded my money. Please avoid and save your time and money!!

SCAM

I never receive my order, and they refuse to refund nor give the promised credit.

Shopping here was a breeze and I'm thrilled with the dress I purchased.

This is a scam!
I ordered 6 weeks ago and the order has not yet arrived.
They do not respond to inquiries and are not willing to return the money.
Do not buy from them, they are scammers!

Scam - never received my order. Ordered 7 weeks ago. They refuse to give me a refund.

Fantastic selection of dresses for girls of all ages. The ordering process was seamless and the dresses arrived well-packaged and ready to wear. Very happy with my purchase!

Clothing poor quality. Looked nothing like the photos. When I asked for a refund, they refused.

This company is a scam. I ordered 4 dresses, only two arrived after more than a month, with very bad quality that I don’t dare to give to anyone as a present. The other two never arrived, customer services staff said that they were lost on the way. After two months I haven’t received the refund for that.

If I could give 0 stars I would have done it!!! Never order from there; they are scammers! I have ordered a dress more than 1.5 months ago and it never has been delivered. The support lies on giving new ETAs of a delivery but nothing happens! They also aren’t ready to return money! Worst place ever!!!!

Scam so not bye off this company they take your money and send nothing in return

I ordered several dresses from bebehanna.com and it took a long time to get them delivered.
In the end, not everything I ordered was delivered. Two of the items delivered did not match the size of my order. One thing of terrible quality made of polyester, although the website says it is 100% cotton.
I have been trying for 3 weeks now to claim a refund for the undelivered item and get a retern label for the clothes that do not match my order. Customer service is ignoring my questions for a refund.
I have contacted my bank and initiated a dispute.

I ordered two clothes and they only sent me one! And it was the cheapest of course! Unfortunately I can't upload any photos, otherwise my review would include proofs as well!

Do not trust them.
The delivery was not complete without notification. The refund for missing item not received for more than 4 months with "stories" about broken financial system, etc. They are scammers!

Absolute scam!

Ordered two absolutely gorgeous dresses. Took forever to arrive and looked nothing like the pictures in the website. Looked like cheap knockoffs!

It is a scam! They advertise products that they don't deliver! The quality is nothing as displayed!

Fake reviews foster trust but it is impossible that they are real as the products are beyond bad.

Full scam. Offered $3 refund…I thought it was a joke. Stay away!!!
