Bought my first pair of Abyl leggings and I’m OBSESSED! They’re comfortable and breathable plus very flattering. For context , I’m 5’0 115lbs I did order a size S my only issue was extra fabric in the abdomen area. Next time I’ll most likely size down to a XS .

My order arrived in good time, however I wore one pair of leggings twice and they ripped, only way I can describe it is like a ladder in a pair of tights. Whilst the quality of the material can't be that good, I was very pleased with the customer service, Paige, Katie and Yuliia all very helpful and organised a refund for me which hit my account a few days later and were most helpful from the offset. I most likely wouldn't order again based on my experience, however that being said I have another pair of leggings that I ordered with the others, so I will see how they hold out in the meantime before I make any decisions regarding any further orders.
Not going to order again
- 2 times I haven’t received my package. I have been waiting for 2 months!!

I had a big order with around 10-12 items and one of them was a little faulty. I reached out to the customer service and they helped me within a day. Arya such a lovely person with great service offering. I order here alot actually, because of the nice clothing but also because of the service & contact.

Accidentally put the wrong shipping address on my order Paul and Yuliia we’re very helpful in changing my address and solve my problem in a timely matter I have only worn one of the sets one time so I’m interested to see how the quality of the product is going to hold up I do have to say that the color summer violet looks way more pink on the website when in fact, it’s very purple in person

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. My order has apparently gone back to the sender and didn’t even made it to my house, nobody has been in touch or reach me about this until I queried . AYBLS team communication was careless towards the situation. 10 days waiting for my parcel and they were unable to send me a next day delivery replacement. I was going on holiday so wouldn’t be able to be home to collect a new standard delivery. Ended up getting a refund but the team was careless when I said I wasn’t happy with this situation. I was trying to explore new brands but I guess I will stick to Gymshark, their customer service is the best.

Brilliant service with some compassion
The company were very understanding with regards to us processing a return within the 30 day window, we’d miscalculated by 1 day. Delayed returning due to personal circumstances but after contacting customer service and communicating with Paul, Yuliia and Elysia the matter was swiftly sorted out. Thank you.
BEWARE
AYBL has basically zero customer service. It will take you days to get the most infuriating response. I sent back items that didnt fit over 3 weeks ago. Canada post seems to have lost my package. They will not help me since they are saying that i am not the official ''sender', AYBL is. AYBL says its not their problem and i need to investigate with canada post. WIch i did.... several times.
Basically i threw 150$ down the drain.
Should have kept gear and try to sell it but too late now.
Infuriating and impossible to speak to anyone other than by email and be ready to wait 5-10 days for a ridiculous response.

Although I wasn’t able to receive due to poor transport chain I guess and bad quality of distribution to Greece my order has been delayed for 1 month plus, but the staff and support was immediate fast and on point in order for me to get my items and find a solution to this problem Arya kristie and Katie all helped me through this process.I will give an update when I receive and this story ends well.
