The order I made kind of disappeared and I reached out to customer service. Krystelle, Elysia and Lucy went above and beyond to help me and the problem was solved within hours (not even a day). That goes to show that women really do get work done. I’m beyond greatful for their assistance. 5 stars experience for AYBL. I will absolutely keep buying their items, as they’re both of great quality and they have an amazing staff community.

Had a problem with a faulty pair of leggings that I had returned and was unsure about the timing of refund. Elysia was on hand to help and get it sorted right away.

The AYBL team were very helpful when it came to replacing a product for me. I was dealt with by Beattris, Lucy, Alexis and Paige who were all very accommodating.

Although there has been delay with my orders, the items and their quality are great. I encountered an issue with the return’s process due to personal specific context, and the help provided has been quick and efficient from Sean and his team. Thanks a lot 🙏🏼 Morgane.

I recently ordered some stuff during the birthday sale, prior to that I ordered a set in which the shorts came broken, I returned them for a different size. During the b-day sale 1 more short came in broken. I notified after the 30 day return policy, I provided evidence and Katie handled the situation. AYBL provided me with a brand new pair, which have yet to come in, I hope this time they're all good. I give 4 stars just for the reason that things do come in broken which I haven't experienced with other brands prior to this one.

Had noticed my refund wasn’t processed after a few weeks, contacted the support team and had a response (from the lovely Katie) within 2 minutes and the refund actioned within 3 minutes! Think that’s the fastest I’ve ever had an issue resolved!!

Absolute awful customer service, not received my parcel trying to get this resolved has been a nightmare, talking to robots no one ever replies to messages sent then conversations get closed, offered a refund yet nothing received again now can't get a reply from anyone in 10 days, safe to say il NEVER order nor recommend this company

I really love the quality of the clothes, they fit well and are sweat and squat proof. Their customer service is the best. I received a faulty item, and within no time, I was able to get a refund. I also wasn't able to start a return within the 30 day returns window due to circumstances, so the customer service team offered me another seven days to complete my return. I really appreciate the efforts this team is willing to make.
