I recently attended the Norwich Beaverbrooks branch and was very impressed.
The store was very well organised inside so it was very easy to view the watches on display.
I was served by one of the sales staff called "Ian" whom I found very smartly dressed, professional, and very polite.
Ian showed me the "Tudor Ranger" watch, and carefully explained the history behind this particular model, Ian has excellent knowledge of the Tudor brand.
Ian informed me of all the features of the watch, even showing me the Dune colored dial version side by side against the black dial reference.
After very careful consideration I decided to purchase the black dial version of the Ranger, and Ian very carefully sized and adjusted the bracelet removing several links to ensure the correct size.
As an added bonus Ian completed and gave me a gift card for any future purchases at any Beaverbrooks branch.
I was very impressed with Ian's professionalism thought the whole process, and he is certainly a credit to the store, so thank you.
I would not hesitate to recommend Beaverbrooks as I found the whole purchasing experience perfect from start to finish.

Went into Beaverbrooks in Norwich to collect my watch and the lady (I think her name was Jade) was really helpful. Just wished I had gone into the shop and brought instead off online. Next time I will deffo be buying from Breavebrooks Norwich. The service was outstanding 👌
