Poor initial service
There were 3 young women in the shop. One was advising a customer-the other two were in the shop. I was left waiting >20 min before I left. I came back an hour later and was seen-I did buy something, and the service was OK at the end, but if you cannot deal with one customer at a time, there is something wrong!
