I've shopped quite a few times now at Beaverbrooks in the Metro Centre and every time the experience has been second to none! Wonderful Lady !
I visited the store looking for the perfect ring to sit next to my emerald ring holding my Mams ashes . Pamela looked after me , took my precious emerald ring to find its perfect partner ! She did !!!! Can’t thank this wonderful , caring member of staff enough! So thrilled with my beautiful new ring thanks to Pamela 🙏🥰

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I was served by Abbie and she gave good advice and was very patient along with another female colleague. I couldn’t fault them. It is quite rare to get such good customer service

Brilliant service
