i visited the Bolton store and what a wonderful visit it was, i was served by 2 very lovely ladies, who could not have been more friendly, lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. i was with my elderly mum and we were instantly asked would we like a seat, which mum was very thankful for, i got myself a lovely citizen watch, which was altered to fit my wrist them beautifully packaged up to take home. Fantastic store, wonderful staff, wish i had got both the ladies names as they made our shopping experience very enjoyable

I made an appointment and i arrived earlier than expected, i was greeted with a warm smile and shown into the Diamond Centre. Lily guided me looking at different rings and styles which eventually helped me choose a beautiful Platinum ring. the whole process was relaxed and overall a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service
I unfortunately lost my silver bracelet 2 weeks ago thankfully I took out insurance at the time. I went in to the shop filled out the claim and within 4 days received a voucher for a replacement. I fully expected it to take months so I was really surprised to have it so quickly. The service has been excellent both in the shop and the admin side so a big thank you and I will certainly buy from Beaverbrooks in the future 👏
