Really fast delivery, & it was free so that's a bonus. Ordered a second topper as so impressed with them & worried they may stop stocking them, or they may increase in price. Fantastic value for a real hair topper, I paid more than double that elsewhere for a synthetic one!

I had some real difficulties on the beauty works website ordering my items and the customer service team were amazing!
They replied to my concern within 24 hours and within 48 they called me so I was able to order items over the phone so I am still able to get them on time.

DO NOT BUY THE CLIP IN HAIR. Does anyone actually test this hair? The quality is appalling, they don't look very sleek for long, after one wash they go puffy. The platinum blonde hair strands are quite stretchy when wet so don't know if that's why they go puffy when dry.

10 in 1 miracle spray and excellent Customer service from Molly
The pump on the 10 in 1 Miracle spray stopped working. I use this product everyday and love it so was disappointed. Molly from beauty works dealt with this for me and organised a replacement very quickly for me. I would highly recommend beauty products and also the customer service if any issues.

The customer service I received from Lucy was amazing. She arranged a phone call with me to offer her support with an issue I had. £160 is ALOT for the three pieces of hair which I thought would be enough but I’ve had to purchase another set which ordered with Debenhams as they do a gift set with it . The hair quality is nice but thin for the price !
EDIT : can I just add Lucy has reached out to me and offered me a goodwill gesture and I have told her I will still use beauty works as has some fab products on there , just unfortunately wasn’t enough hair for me with the one set so had to get more .
